Recommendations for Valve Covers

We recommend the following procedures for installation of CORICK valve covers.

1. Make certain that the pipe insulation is as close to the flanges as possible.
2. Find the center of the CORICK valve cover ends.  Mark the diameter and cut plug for removal.
3. Unlatch the Velcro and apply a small bead of silicon caulk to the joint.  Reseal the Velcro in its traditional manner.
4. Apply a bead of silicon caulk to the end joints.  If there is a void area in the cover, we recommend filling with raw fiberglass.

Recommendations for Suction Diffusers

We recommend the following procedures for installation of Suction Diffusers.

The basic SUCTION DIFFUSER will require modifications.  This is a 2 piece cover making installation and modifications simple.

1. Remove the 2 loose caps from the DIFFUSER cover.  Mark the proper lengths needed and cut the cover.
2. If needed, adhere the caps with Rubatex adhesive.
3. Cut the caps as directed in the VALVE COVER instructions.
4. Mark and cut out other outlets as needed.
5. Unlatch Velcro and begin installation.
